I've been watching for a well made bracket for a while. Glad I jumped on this when I saw the price! Cons: No mounting template makes it a pain to mark the drill points unless you enjoy balancing the mount against the wall or make your own template. Moving the pivot point is a bit of a bear, lots of pieces on the bolt. the plate that handles swivel is already raked at an angle. Since I mounted the mount for viewing in bed and on a chair in the TV room I flipped it over for better downward angles. The mount does sit farther away from the wall then anticipated. Other Thoughts: Don't consider this a bad review. I have worked with several mounts on up to 70" panels and this things is very well built and swivels to all positions with relative ease.
