Incomplete HDMI Support
This review is from: NEC Display MultiSync P232W-BK Black 23” Widescreen IPS Panel, LED Backlight LCD Monitor 8ms 250cd/m2, DisplayPort, USB hub, Height Adjust/Pivot/Tilt/Swivel, 4 Year Warranty
Pros: Good tone scale, good adjustments. Gamut could be better. It's heavy on red and light on blue. OOB sRGB coverage is about 95%
Cons: HDMI does NOT support YCbCr (aka "YUV") color space. That means you can not use it as a video monitor with a Black Magic card for DaVinci Resolve, or other applications or devices that can not output RGB signals. The colors will be all messed up. If you only want to use it connected to a computer normally, this doesn't apply to you.
Other Thoughts: 1 egg off because of HDMI issue and so-so gamut. A second egg off because the manual only warns about this using a liability-disclaiming writing style that does not talk specifics about the actual problem, and puts it right after the electrical shock warnings that you wouldn't look over otherwise, page 3:
