Pros: Plays movies, comes with a lot of options

Cons: Won't stay connected to the network, no matter how close the router is; also disconnects with even the most minor physical or setting adjustments.

Other Thoughts: Calling this a cheap piece of junk would be a compliment. While it plays DVDs and Blu-Ray discs like any other player, half the boasted features don't work thanks to the shoddy networking capabilities. Put simply, this thing is horrible at staying connected to a network. Any slight movement drops the signal and it is an exercise in patience getting it reconnected. If you make any network changes, it completely forgets the network until you successfully reconnect again; if it feels moody, this means re-entering the network key dozens and dozens of times until it finally takes. Because of this finicky connection, it's extremely difficult to use the networking features like DLNA and Netflix. I have three devices that connect just fine from a completely different floor of the house, but I can't get this piece of junk to stay connected when it is literally in the next room from the router, with open air between the two. It's frustrating to see so many features touted when they hinge on something that the company didn't get right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this model!
