Pros: It was free with my purchase of the Wii.

Cons: In order to have them charge, you have to have the Wii turned on which is a downside. Also, the light indicator doesn't tell you when it is full charged it just stays red all the time.

3 out of 5 eggsReview for wii, this item and shipping.

Pros: Have not opened yet, but appears to be a nice charger.

Cons: I am unable to write my review about the wii that I bought from newegg. So this item was packaged with the wii, and I will write the review here. Newegg has had a bad reputation for poor packaging materials in shipments, for years and years. Well my Wii arrived. The oem wii box was inside a newegg cardboard box, with just a tad of brown paper on one side of the box. Basically, if the box had been dropped, the wii would have impacted the ground directly, no padding at all. It appears Newegg still has not learned to package materials correctly.

Other Thoughts: I forgot about Neweggs reputation for poor packaging when I ordered my Wii. I would recommend Newegg for small low dollar items, however for expensive electronics with any weight to them at all, I would not recommend. Newegg, you need to put more packaging materials in your boxes!!! I am certain that my Wii is going to die in the near future due to how it was packaged. I worked at you p s, in the sorting area, and we through boxes around like it was nobody's business. Cudos to Newegg for throwing in this charger for free with the wii, but shame on you for not puting any packing materials in your boxes. When will you learn your lesson????

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: I'm a new Wii'er and a charger was recommended by a friend. This is a great value. I charge my remotes on my computer, and it's compact size doesn't clutter up my computer area.

Cons: A dual charger would mean less cords. Or a retractable cord would be great

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: One noticeable pros is the price; it's very cheap. It's cheap, yet a very worthy product. I've had mine for 3 weeks now, and it has only been charged once (debatable b/c I only played an hour or two a day).

Cons: It didn't come with an instruction; however, it was very common sense in terms of setting it up. This common sense - Red means it's charging while green means it's ready to be plugged and play. At the moment, there's no BIG cons that I have encountered

Other Thoughts: If I could remember properly, it took almost 4 hours for fully charge battery; I'm not against it, just letting you guys know.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Plugs right next to the Wii, and they color matched the base to the Wii. You can charge with the nunchuck attached. Li batteries should outlast NiMH batteries.

Cons: Not really a con considering the price, but you have to buy one for each controller. You also can only plug two into your Wii unless you add more USB ports.

Other Thoughts: I was worried the USB port wouldn't be powered when the Wii was in standby since I have these plugged into the Wii's USB port, but that turned out to not be the case. In other words, these charge with the Wii on or in standby.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat

Pros: It works great, my son plays his game almost everyday and he only ask me to charge it for him like once in a week.

Cons: wish they sold a twin pack instead of single..

Other Thoughts: Good product, does what it should which is saving you money on batteries.

4 out of 5 eggsNice if it had directions

Pros: It works.

Cons: Would have been nice if it came with directions! Don't get me wrong, its not rocket science, but there should at least be battery charging directions.
ie: Before first use charge batteries until GREEN LED shows.

Other Thoughts: Shipped too fast! Ordered it Wednesday night, arrived Friday afternoon!
Thanks Newegg!!!!!
