5 out of 5 eggsGood quality product

Pros: I have been very happy with this headset. The full retail package includes additional rubber covers for the earpiece, including one that seats down into the ear more securely, which I like. The device is comfortable to wear, and the plastic over-the-ear hook is flexible enough to bend around the ear when putting on the headset. The button positioning is good, especially the action button on the back. I really like the voice prompts confirming phone connection and battery level, as well as tones to confirm pickup/hangup.

Cons: In my noisy car, volume level is sufficient at max, but ideally it would be a little louder. Also, the ringing sound when I place calls is much much louder than the speech volume once the call is connected, so I have to turn the volume down until the call connects or pull it out of my ear some. I think that is an issue with my phone though, not the headset.

5 out of 5 eggsAbsolutely The Best BT Headset

Pros: For starters, this headset features voice acknowledgment that the headset is connected or not to the phone and it even tells you how to do it when it isn't paired. Wow! The volume buttons, when pressed have an ascending and descending tone when pressed. This headset also sports one of the best noise canceling technologies I have ever used. To top it off it is very very comfortable, it comes with four different ear pieces for our comfort. You don't that very often anymore.

Cons: Absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: I have to say, this is the best BT Headset I have ever owned. I bought this with the lowest expectations because I have bought four headsets within the last two months, all very uncomfortable and all worthless. If you want the best, GET THIS ONE!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat item

Pros: Sleek design, device built-in voice instruction makes it easy to pair for people who use bluetooth at first time. Sound quality is very good. Connection range is adequate.

Cons: Minor issue, the volume buttons are a little bit hard to press while wearing.

Other Thoughts: With this price range this is a good candidate to consider

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Great product as stated in title. Effective noise cancellation, pretty fast charging time (Except the very first time). Compact yet effective. Excellent voice on both end of the call. nice design, not bulky and looks stylish.

Cons: The ear-adapter makes my ear hurt after while, so I use it without ear-adapter. The problem could be my ear, the bluetooth is lot more comfortable without ear-adapter.

1 out of 5 eggsBusted when I got it...

Pros: Looks nice, sleek design.

Cons: Too sleek of a design. The buttons for adjusting volume are small and on the side of the headset. When I received mine, I was unable to adjust volume at all. I hear the audible tone for turning the volume up but not for turning it down.

Other Thoughts: I have requested an RMA, but this will already cost me more by having to ship it back on my dime. It appeared that this box was already opened when I got it too. Looks kinda like Newegg shipped me a previously returned item. Newegg used to be very reliable...I am starting to wonder what the hell they are doing.

5 out of 5 eggsMy favorite Bluetooth Earpiece yet.

Pros: This is a stylish, comfortable, well made, versatile
1. Works great with Voice Command phones.
2. Sound is clear for both user and callers.
3. Noise reduction works very well. I waved a fan from a foot away directly at the earpiece while talking to several test callers. They could not hear any noise at all. (This would have rendered me inaudible on my BlueAnt-z9)
4. Very Light weight and comfortable to wear. Has several rubber ear canal fittings of various shapes and sizes to insure a snug and comfortable fit.
5. Dedicated on-off switch and initial-on voice prompt telling you your current battery charge level.
6. Most callers could not tell I was on a headset.
7. Very high build quality.

Cons: The cons are really, really, really minor - nothing worth taking an egg off for:
1. The dedicated on-off switch is somewhat stiff making it a little difficult to actually turn the headset on and off. However, it also insures that you will not accidentally turn the headset on/off.
2. Until you get used to the on-off switch and command button placement, it is easy to accidentally initiate a redial or voice command while trying to turn the headset off. A minute of tuning your finger positions on the earpiece will solve this quickly.
3. It uses a snap on earhook, but does not come with any spares for when you break or lose one.
4. The earhook is one size vs some earpieces that have multiple sizes to fit different people. I personally did not fnd this to be a problem.

Other Thoughts: Phone: ATT Fuze (HTC-Raphael) updated w/xda developers WM6.5 Energy ROM

I've owned many BT earsets over the years. I recently purchased and returned a Blu*Trek Cresc*ndo. The H790 is better. I used a Blu*Ant *9 for 1-1/2 years. The H790 completely outperforms the *9 on every level: much more comfortable to wear, easier to initiate commands due to button placement, and much better made. The noise reduction on the H790 is fabulous. The *9 never reduced the noise in an appreciable way, even in max-reduction setting. The *9 was made of materials that reacted adversely to body oils causing parts to simply melt and degrade over time. The H790 is a better product than the *9 and an easily preferred choice.

I purchased the Newegg bundle with the Samsung WEP460 bluetooth headset, which my wife is now using. It also has very effective noise reduction. If you need a couple of headsets, this is easily the best deal out there right now. Thank you newegg.
