5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: I've had this mouse over a year still going strong no wear and tear at all even from use almost everyday. Looks great great grippy feel and the double click button is OP.

Cons: the mouse feets wore out pretty quickly on my aluminum mouse pad but it came with 8 replacements so not a big deal also switched to a cloth mouse pad so now they are fine

Other Thoughts: I've thought about switching to an expensive name brand off and on for about 2 months everytime I look I just cant do it because I love this mouse too much

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse for the price

Pros: Great Mouse for the price. Easy to switch memory and 3600 max DPI. Side buttons perfect for mmorpg and adjusted weights are great for such a low price tag.

Cons: Not as durable as other mouse

4 out of 5 eggsdecent for casual gamer

Pros: got it on sale for $19.99 from newegg third party seller

it is on sale for $59 now, so price makes a big difference

fits my small hand well

Cons: left click needs to get broken in... a little stiff

but this is easily negated if you can grab it on sale

Other Thoughts: I will probably spend $50 on a non bargain mouse next time out

5 out of 5 eggsDont leave the house w/out this mouse

Pros: I bought this for my home PC, but no joking I sold my wireless Logitech two weeks later to a friend because I don't pack up my laptop without my new mouse. The weight is beautiful the size fits my (rather large) hands perfectly, and the over all feels well built. By the way this mouse has worked on nearly every surface I've used it on. (as a college student I've used a ton)

Cons: the cable can get twisted easily when you travel with it (just run your hand down it and its fine though), during the first few times I used it I would misclick the wheel and center button due to the way the mouse is designed, within the first week I adjusted though. Last and biggest issue was the cd it came with to assign the extra buttons, I wasn't able to find a copy of this program on the manufacturers website and ended up digging out an old external disk drive, yes I said it came with a disk.(man, I haven't had to use a disk drive in over 3 years, two of my laptops and my home PC don't have built in disk drives)

Other Thoughts: Alright, look it comes with a cd, I'm sure I could have emailed the manufacturer for a digital copy, but the past is the past.

5 out of 5 eggsnice gaming mouse!

Pros: awesome mouse! the buttons are just enough for me i cant multi-task that well (im a guy),. my favorite feature is the button up front, i like to use that for quick action commands for ex., i use it in planetside2 as a knife attack. very comfortable feel and design.

Cons: the only con i have is that it is for a person with bigger hands. my hands aren't the biggest but i get by and its actually quite comfortable now. cant take an egg off bcuz its not the mouses fault my hands are small ^^

3 out of 5 eggsAlmost good.

Pros: Lots of buttons for the cheap sale price I got the mouse for! If they all worked!
Nice weight.
Nice girth.
Neat feel.
Great cable. (The cable that connects the mouse is worth far more then the actual mouse. About 90% of the cost of this thing HAS to be the cable. Such a nice cable I fell in love with it.)

Cons: The button above the scroll wheel will not work.

Other Thoughts: I shiggy diggy though. Cheap mouse Cheap parts. Not 5 stars only because this was a surprise to me. If they put "Product has broken buttons" Then this would be five stars because I would know what I was actually buying.

2 out of 5 eggsHorrible usb sensitivy

Pros: - Comfortable
- All buttons easy accessible even with short fingers
- Dedicated multi-click button (no additional software required)
- Different weights options
- Braided cord (should last longer)

Cons: This mouse is too sensitive to the usb it's plugged into. I believe it's too sensitive to the voltage, because with 6ft extension cord it doesn't work, it skips like with a broken wire or doesn't work at all (no detected by the computer)
I've tested it on several computers with and without extension cord, on different surfaces, different OS.
At first I thought my gaming mouse pad got polished and mouse laser doesn't reflect very well, and indeed without the pad it worked much better, however after closer investigation I came to the conclusion it's not the pad, it's the mouse. I have a 10 years old optical mouse and it works great on this pad.
Then I plugged it to different computer and on the same pad it was working ever worse!

Other Thoughts: I would not recommend this mouse. For this price there are more reliable devices.

1 out of 5 eggs$20 paperweight

Pros: --Good response from left and right buttons across their entire surface.
--Good ergonomics for claw and fingertip grips. These are the two grips I use, so I don't know if a palm grip would be comfortable.
--Low liftoff distance.

Cons: --Horrible tracking. The pointer skips even at the lowest DPI setting, and the skipping is very pronounced at all other settings. Tested at 6/11 pointer speed with pointer precision disabled.
--Mouse wheel does not scroll properly. The wheel button must be depressed for the scrolling to register, and this is difficult and gives imprecise scrolling. If the button is not depressed, the wheel will spin but nothing will happen.
--The CD is a mess. Both the software and documentation are in engrish (poorly translated), and the CD's autoplay is broken - making a selection gives an error, so you have to manually search the CD for what you need.
--No online support or documentation for this model. This and the previous con give the exact opposite of a warm, fuzzy feeling.

I found those issues after installing the software and using the mouse for a few minutes, so there might be additional problems that would show up with additional use.

Other Thoughts: This mouse is completely unsuitable for gaming or any other precision-oriented application due to the horrible tracking. Combine this with the mouse wheel issue, and the only use for this is as a shoddy, two-button mouse. And if that's all you're looking for, then you can find that for less money. This mouse isn't worth its $20 sale price, let alone its full price. The positive reviews on this page miss all the cons that make this, quite simply, a bad product.

I would not recommend this mouse to anyone. From this experience, I will avoid all A4Tech products in the future.
