5 out of 5 eggsworks great

Pros: Very nice sandisk.

Cons: It worked perfectly until I threw my new camera and new chip into the cold waters of the North Atlantic off the coast of Nova Scotia. Now new camera and excellent SanDisk chip are sleeping with the fishes. :(

5 out of 5 eggsLove the Caard

Pros: Fast, fast, fast, and tons of storage space

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've had this card for about a month and so far I'm extremely satisfied. I was looking to purchase a different card but was out of stock. After reading the reviews I settled on this one and I'm glad I did. Great product

5 out of 5 eggsSandisk Ultra 32Gb SDHC

Pros: Black Friday special under $20 from New Egg!
Proven Sandisk Reliability and performance.

Cons: No problems to report.

Other Thoughts: I used this SDHC card in conjunction with an IDE to SD Card Adapter to replace a failing 32 Gb IDE HDD on my ageing Dell Latitude. The setup was easy and the D410 recognized the SDHC card as a fixed mode drive when using Debian Linux OS.
Drive read performance is at least equal or better than the old HDD while write performance is a little slower but not objectionable in general use.
At an installed price under $30 including the adapter it gives a new lease on life for this old clunker at a fraction of the cost of a new replacement IDE HDD.

1 out of 5 eggsBeware! It doesn't keep 10MB/s speed...

Pros: - Well, it is Sandisk (used to be a very dependable brand).
- 32GB.
- One can use it for taking photos (not HD video) but why limit yourself?

Cons: NOT a claimed CLASS 10! So cannot capture HD video!

Other Thoughts: This card functions, but I cannot use it for what I bought it, which is taking video with EOS 60D. Almost every recording I start will eventually stop with the massage on the screen "Movie recording has been stopped automatically." Sometimes I could not capture even couple of seconds. Even when I got lucky and the recording lasted longer, the buffer indicator bar is on the screen constantly (appears when the recording speed is slow and not efficient). It seems like the speed of this card is terribly inconsistent and most of the time is significantly below 10MB/s.

I bought 2 of these cards. They both behave exactly the same way and considering of some other peoples' reviews its not just the single bad card -- it's how they work.

Overall very bad product from well known brand. I spent almost $60 for 2 of these cards and cannot use them for what I intended. G**ill that I bought later for $20 works as a charm showing speed up to 15 MB/s and yet it is micro SD card! Will never buy Sandisk products again. Thank you.

1 out of 5 eggsNot living up to Class 10 claims

Pros: High capacity, sandisk warranty

Cons: Using this card, my Canon T3i will randomly stop taking video. This is a sign that the write speeds are highly inconsistent!

Testing the card with multiple programs (including error checking software that fills the card up), it only starts writing about 10-11MB/s until after about 8 seconds it rapidly declines to an average of 5.5MB/s. I returned one card hoping that it was a faulty card, but the replacement has the same exact issue (first one ordered online, then did an in-store swapout).

I don't know if there's a faulty batch of these cards out there, but if it can't sustain 10MB/s write speeds, it is NOT a class 10 card!

4 out of 5 eggsFast enough

Pros: Fast enough
Class 10 card with UHS-I in capable devices
Read - 18MB/s constant
Write - 12.5MB/s constant

Cons: Thought it would be a little faster, must be because I need a UHS-I device. other than that, its a class 10 card for sure

1 out of 5 eggsWhat a piece of you know what!

Pros: None that I can find. The card constantly gets corrupted in my Olympus SZ-10 HD camera!

And that's just the pros!

Cons: This card will be going back as it is totally worthless! And NO it's not the camera that is corrupting it. Currently there is a 64Gb Ultra in it and it has no problems with corruption at all!
I only bought this one for a spare in case the 64Gb card gets full while out taking pictures in the wild which happened the other day. I take pictures of wild life and drop dead gorgeous scenery while I'm out and about.

Was very T'd off when at all the pics I missed and lost because of this sd corrupting the files.

Yes I know every manufacturer produces malfunctioning hardware from time to time but this has really turned me off on buying any more sandisk products.

Hopefully newegg will refund my money or replace with a card not prone to corruption as this one is.
