Interesting Things To Watch For
Pros: The class 10 type classification actually kinda noticeable, data transfer speeds are quicker.
Cons: Don't be fooled by the advertised data space. The final amount of usable data isn't factored in with things like byte to mega/gigabyte conversion and formatting, left me with about 8% less storage space than I though I'd get.
Other Thoughts: Realize you're getting your money's worth with this card. Its speeds are an improvement, at lease when considering I got it as a replacement for my 2gb class 4 card and i'm very satisfied in the amount of space and can notice how much quicker games save and load on this card. Just remember, it seems that the advertised space on the card isn't base on how computers calculate storage space (1024mb = 1gb) but rather opt to tell you that 1000mb = 1 gb. When doing that conversion from bytes to gigabytes, and factoring the required space from formatting, left me with about 29.7gb of usable space. at first I thought, it was a faulty card, but after keeping in mind that most SD card manufacturers sell their products with this (misleading) labeling, I worked the numbers and they made sense. since then, I've been enjoying the card, using it to hold my digital copies of 3DS titles and haven't had a problem. I only wish my 3DS could hold the 64gb sd card! Sadly it does not support that size...
