Doesn't dissolve well
This review is from: ON Creatine Powder, Unflavored, 42.3 oz (1200 g)
Pros: It's creatine monohydrate, a great sports supplement. I'm sure it works just fine in the end (after waiting for it to dissolve).
Cons: This product does not dissolve well in room temperature bottled (sodium free) water. It seems to take more time and effort to dissolve than the non-micronized creatine I was using previously. Even blending does not help. The only way to get the stuff to dissolve is excessive time, which defeats the purpose of buying a micronized product.
Other Thoughts: I saw a youtube review (Creatine Versus Micronized Creatine) of micronized creatine from another brand that also uses Creapure(tm) as its creatine source. This other micronized creatine completely dissolved in water with very little effort and time. I thought ON's would be just as good because it also uses Creapure(tm), but I was wrong.
