One tricky issue, I had to change the sound settings to use HDMI instead of laptop speakers. But after that change, audio and video both worked well. Best of all, I am so happy that I didn't need to buy another overpriced Apple adapter. Cons: None really. The cable wasn't quite "Apple Quality" but that was not expected.
