Pros: Incredible audio quality. Very comfortable, able to be worn for hours on end. Easily portable. Noise cancelling works like a charm.

Cons: Bass isn't as pronounced as I hoped it would be and the battery doesn't last very long at all when noise cancelling is enabled. Other than that, can't think of any cons for these cans.

Other Thoughts: I got these as a replacement for my Bose QC2s and I can say with certainty that these are better in every way. The sound quality is beautiful and the noise cancelling is amazing.

Only downsides I can think of with these is the slight lack of bass and the very short battery life when using noise cancelling. I'm an electronic music producer so bass is very important to me, and while these headphones do have great bass, it just isn't as pronounced as I'd like. Don't let my personal preference deter you from buying these, though. I've had them for over a year and the slight lack of bass has only once been a problem. As with the battery life, these only lasted about 3 or 4 days with how much I use them, which is quite a lot. Not really a problem though, seeing as you can still use the headphones without batteries, and the passive noise cancellation is still very good.

Besides that, crisp highs and warm lows with everything in between being as clear and solid as can be. Overall a great pair of headphones. Definitely recommend these to anyone.
