Other Thoughts: Ordered two. Had to tape one back together right out of the box. One of them not only quit working within three weeks, but also fried a desk dock that I bought for my smart phone. So there's a $20 investment down the drain. Bought these as a cheap alternative to investing in micro USB cables. BIG mistake. Not even worth the trouble of returning to the seller. Moving on... Cons: It is small and could easily be lost but being small is also a good thing because ti doesn't take much space. Other Thoughts: I got this for my truck and now I can charge just about anything since I have a USB to mini cable and this can convert that to micro USB. Pros: It will charge the phone and it is quite inexpensive. Connection is solid, does not want to fall off cable, so good for converting an old mini charger to work with a new micro device. Cons: It won't pass data, This isn't a con as it is sold as a charger converter, but just be warned, this is not a data adapter! Other Thoughts: I only purchased this adapter to use my old car charger, so it will exactly what I need it to. I just happened to try and use it on my computer with 2 nice functional cables, that's how I found out it didn't pass data, that's fine as it's not what it is "sold as".
