Features
The Wireless Charging Power Base Dual sends a wireless charging signal via induction directly to your Wii Remote every time you place it on the unit. You can charge up to 2 Wii Remotes simultaneously, even with the silicone cover and wrist staps attached. You can also charge the Rechargeable Battery Packs by themselves. The Power Base features LED charge indicators that tell you your Wii Remote's charging status. It is powered by an included 110/240V AC Adapter, so you are no longer limited to charging near your Wii console's USB port. Plus your Wii won't overheat from overexerting USB power.

The Wireless Charging Power Base Dual includes 2 BONUS Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery packs which provide longer game play, shorter recharge cycles, and overall better stability than NIMH rechargeable battery packs. The Wireless Charging Power Base Dual is the perfect charging solution for your Wii Remotes. Wii MotionPlus compatible.

5 out of 5 eggsNice and easy

Pros: It's nice to be able to charge the wii remotes without having to remove the wii jacket.

Cons: Slow charge time, but not really an issue for my family... it's an excuse to take a long break.

Other Thoughts: If you can't wait between charges the batteries can be charged by themselves allowing the use of AA batteries instead.

1 out of 5 eggsABSOLUTE GARBAGE - DESTROYS REMOTES

Pros: Can charge your remotes through silicone covers, no need to remove the batteries. Can even charge batteries by themself

Cons: Works fine at first, but then completely destroys your remote beyond all use!

Other Thoughts: In one of my remotes, it caused it to occasionally lose connection with the Wii even though I was sitting four feet in front of the sensor bar. Not fun when you're trying to play a game. It would blink frantically until it reconnected, which took awhile. Also, when the wii is off, if I were to hit a button on the remote it would frantically blink and not stop until I removed the battery pack. With normal batteries in place, the remote will blink once, signifying that a button has been pushed, and then turn off again. I found it weird that this odd behavior could be tied to the battery pack, until the next day when I discovered the other remote was completely dead. I put in brand new batteries and it was unresponsive. I had heard stories of rechargeable battery packs killing remotes, I just can't believe it actually happened to me. Now I'm out $$ and have to buy a new remote. Hopefully the other one has no permanent damage. Don't buy this. Buy rechargeable AA batteries instead!
