(Not likely for an ear cup to snap off like plastic adjustable ones) - Volume is adjustable on the left ear cup itself. Cons: Not surround sound. (Obviously it is a stereo headset, however, just letting people know not to expect a surround sound experience when buying this product). Other Thoughts: It seems to do its job correctly. I will have to see how long this product takes me. My last headset's left ear cup snapped off and the mic did not work after unplugging it and re-plugging it. Did you find this review helpful?
