I contacted Newegg and was informed that the part was no longer available through them. Eventually I found the charger and ordered it directly through Norelco, at a cost of $20. Newegg then contacted me and we were able to resolve the issue with a credit for $20. I was impressed that they would follow up with me to resolve this issue and I have received my credit.
