4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: LOVE this product. It's clear, don't need to really touch my phone, except for one problem (in Cons), setup was simple although it did require reading the instructions to be sure all was okay.

Cons: The only problem I have is that it will only pick up with the ear press button with only 4 different protocols, and requires an extra converter if your phone doesn't use one the Jabra is programmed to use. My Avaya needs another $45 part to work with it, which seems silly seeing the price of the Jabra.

Other Thoughts: Definitely makes it nice when your job is 70% phone work. I used to have a big pain in my neck each day from work, but now I don't get angry at customers after being on the phones for 15 minutes with them! I can now also get up and walk around as I get the example equipment to help walk them through it better.
