Pros: None

Cons: The base station constantly says that it's losing power when on calls, dropping the calls when taken from a paired cordless phone. I have a brand new set of batteries in it and the AC adapter connected. No other problems with any other device in the house, so I don't think I'm randomly losing power every call.

Support is a joke. I've tried calling and you can't get anyone on the line. Going to see if I can find where I stored the box and receipt to return this for a different desk/cordless set.

Pros: bought from Newegg.

Cons: According to the directions, on page 20, it illustrates how to set your voice mail. I do not have this option and am stuck with a robotic voice to answer my calls. I actually hear it every time a voice mail is left on the phone. I hear the message out loud. the handset is long enough for a horse. The phone itself has a cheap plastic feel. The buttons are hard to push, hard enough that it will slide a tiny bit on my desk. I will be returning this phone.

Pros: Great value, big plus that it was purchased from Newegg.

Cons: I had to go and spend $20 on an ac adapter at radio shack because it was not included.

Pros: easy to operate, easy to ready...love the ring tones

Cons: my son took the second phone for his room

Pros: I wanted at least one corded phone in the house in case of a power outage. I bought this one (CL84109) along with the CL82409 and re-paired at least one handset to get it connected to the closest base station. The second answering machine is turned off so only one answers.

Cons: The back-light only turns on when the buttons are pressed so I can't walk up and read the display until you get the back-light to come on. If I were using the phone outside no problem, but indoor and plugged in I would like the back-light on by default.

Other Thoughts: DECT 6.0 phones are a good choice for range. My house is older with drywall AND plaster. The trend from 2.4GHz to 5.8 GHz was killing me due to shorter and shorter range. The dog ate the 900 MHz phone which started the progression, so I was glad to see the DECT 6.0 phones at 1.9 GHZ. They really do have better indoor range at lower frequencies.
