4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 4 lines
can transfer calls
audible without having to put every call on speakerphone
good range
no static
headset works(not included)
not flimsy (dropped a few times and still works)

Cons: whenever other lines rings it cuts out for a few seconds on the line you are talking on (many brands do this)

“off” and "hold" buttons should be on opposite sides of the phone (too close to each other)

other end often has difficulty hearing unless you tilt the phone horizontally and speak into the hilt(holding it to your ear on the side of your head like with traditional phones does not work due to the lack of curvature in the handset)

some of the backlit LEDs stopped working within a week but we don’t care about that

NiMH instead of Li-ion

only line one can check messages (if line one is in use, no one can check message)

2 out of 5 eggsHas the most annoying feature, How do you turn off the "cutout" feature!?

Pros: Good battery life, reliable wide reaching signal

Cons: difficult setup

Panasonic charges for phone support after the phone is out of warranty

REALLY REALLY annoying "feature". When you're on a line, and another call comes in, it beeps in your ear and the other person is cut out. The guy Above me said you can turn it off. HOWWW!??? I went through the 120 page manual, could not find it.

2 out of 5 eggsFind a better phone

Pros: Light-weight
Withstands dropping

Cons: Default settings are terrible and hard &/or impossible to change
High failure rate

Other Thoughts: We have 4 of these phones and we've already replaced two and need to replace a third. After awhile the headset jack fails. Also, greatly dislike default settings. When you are on the phone and a another call comes in, it beeps in your ear preventing you from hearing the person you are on the phone with. This can be turned off. It does the same thing when you have someone on hold & this cannot be turned off. On the bright side, I've dropped this phone many times and it has withstood THAT abuse.
