2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good for on the go.

Cons: The charger didn't come with the tablet and now the tablet can be fully charged and goes off in 30 minutes.

4 out of 5 eggsWorked good, not great

Pros: Cheap price, reasonable speed.

Cons: Had some issue running multiple apps at same time, but no problems if I closed a few apps.

Other Thoughts: Lost it after one week so was very glad it was so inexpensive.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but it's just a toy.

Pros: This is my first tablet/smart thing. I was just figuring on using it to learn about apps and play some games on. It gets the job done.
I just carry it around and it gives me something to play with when everyone else is using their smart phones around me.
For $30, you're not getting anything top-of-the-line.

Cons: I dropped mine 6 inches onto the ground and the touchscreen stopped working. I had to pay to send it back and they sent me a new one. I've had the new one for about 5 months now and it works fine.
The camera is horrible, it's always fuzzy. Don't bother trying to use it.
The battery only lasts 30-45 minutes, so keep that in mind.

4 out of 5 eggsAdequate little tablet

Pros: Small, inexpensive Android tablet.

Cons: None for my use case.

Other Thoughts: I bought this tablet to be used as a baby cam monitor. Coupled with a Foscam clone IP camera and using various IP Cam software from the Play Store it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Battery life is adequate for the job as well.

5 out of 5 eggsGood for the money

Pros: Cheap!! This is an amazing tablet for the money!

It works. I connected to my home router, and connected to a web site that has a lot of ads. I think it's browser performance was actually better than my desktop on the same web site.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: It is underpowered, it doesn't have much memory or storage, the touch screen could be more sensitive, and it can only run on the battery for a couple of hours.

Connecting to my home router was "interesting". The connection failed several times, but I kept doing the same thing that I had already done, and finally it gave up and connected. I don't know why it didn't connect at first, or why it finally did.

On a tablet this cheap, these are not cons, they are what you should expect.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect! (For what I bought it)

Pros: Speedy, small and fast responsive screen, Android 4.2 is not too old - has enough usable features, stable wireless.
White color. Small resolution - consumes less memory, adding to speed.

Cons: Battery life while in use, cheap plastic case, wish it could be also smaller a little bit.
It has no Bluetooth, no GPS - not actual cons, as the price reflects them.

Other Thoughts: I bought this tablet not to use as a tablet, but as a controller while teaching my son robotics and programming for Android.
Perfect price/features set ratio - can compete with popular controllers like RaspberryPI.
But it could be not only as a controller - this tablet is ready to work as a smart wireless home security cam or a kids room monitor - there are plenty of apps on Google Play to support this functionality.

In meantime of course it could work as a tablet replacement - to show youtube videos and play musics, make sound recording and photos and transfer them to a home PC.

5 out of 5 eggsprobably one of the best tablets ever

Pros: This is just too easy. After buying the iPad Air and owning it for way too long, I finally returned it and traded it in for 16 of these babies.

The oh-so obvious pros:
- Huge bezel that makes me feel like I'm a mighty manly man grabbing something that's hefty and powerful.
- The low res screen makes it hard for anyone not staring directly at the screen to see anything on the display and even then, since it's so dark and pixelated, they won't be able to make anything out unless their psychics. This has saved me from a ton of potentially embarrassing moments at the dinner table looking at "questionable material". ;-)
- The slow processor has taught my kids patience. My kids loved how quickly our iPad Air loaded apps and games, but now they get to wait for 30 seconds or more for the Angry Birds splash screen to go away which gives them to reflect on life and to really live in the moment.
- With only 512mb of RAM, the kids have learned laser like focus since this tablet cannot run more than 1 app at a time.
- Not that I'm bragging, but I own t-shirts that cost more than this tablet.

On a more personal note, the old Android 4.2 OS is very nostalgic for me since it's the OS my grandfather who recently passed away was raised on.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This tablet changed my life and it can do the same for you, friend.

1 out of 5 eggsEven runs down the battery with the charger on - DO NOT BUY

Pros: Small size, low price

Cons: Everything else. Battery life is only about 20 minutes. When plugged in it takes several hours to recharge the battery. If you leave it plugged in and turn it on, it can't keep up with charging and running apps, so at about 2 hours the battery is so low it shuts off until recharged. I got it to be a bedtime Pandora server so I didn't notice that until I had thrown away all the packaging or I would have returned it. Absolutely the worst piece of electronics I ever bought. Replaced with a refurb Asus 7" that works as you would expect for just a little more. When first turned on the screen flashes and is hard to swipe as it seems to know it's discharging.

Other Thoughts: Gave it to my granddaughter for a toy and she is so frustrated with it it sits in a corner.

1 out of 5 eggsUpdated Review

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Slows down miserably after months of use.

Other Thoughts: This is an updated review from the 5 stars I gave it. Overall, I thought it was a great value. Now, without installing any additional software, the device is almost unusable. I leave it on, plugged in, 24/7. Now, touching the power button, it takes between 2 and 20 seconds for the screen to turn on. Unlocking the screen sometimes takes a few tries. Launching Pandora takes between 1 and 3 minutes.

The *only* app I have installed, outside of the defaults, is Pandora.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: Pretty decent, considering its a single-core processor. The display is actually pretty good. Screen is fluid, but has a delay. It's not retina, obviously, but overall, its good for a $30 4.3 inch tablet. Keeps the kids pacified.

Cons: Again, it's a $30 "Tablet", and although it keeps the kids pacified, they get frustrated with it because it lags so bad. The internals are like 3-4 generations old, so it's fine and I knew what I was getting in to. It's good for what it is. I would recommend it for someone getting on the Android scene who have little experience with newer tech or just want an android device for super cheap.

My kids play with my wife's iPhone 5c all the time, and when they play "Lep's World" or anything else on this... they just get frustrated. I have a three kids 5 y/o and under that are so good with phones, I was bummed when they would put this down after 10-15 minutes and come ask for my 5s or her 5c.

Other Thoughts: Overall, worth the $30, would recommend buying. I may buy another here soon so they each have one in there hand. Keep in mind, it is old tech, comparable to the 2nd Gen iPhone. Just make sure you know what you are getting into when you buy it
