Pros: Only Pro - got in a timely fashion.

Cons: I ordered two DU43PB (pairs of speakers). It showed shipping from Deep Discount. We received the product in a timely fashion but it was used material. The RMA paperwork is still attached to the boxes and they are covered with shipping labels from other companies. I paid for New unopened speakers and received used speakers that were already RMA'ed from another company. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU SEE DEEP DISCOUNT AS THE SHIPPER. I have a great experience with Newegg and this is the first time I saw shipping from someone else. I called numerous times and no one ever answers. Send a message by email - still no reply. NOT HAPPY - TRYING TO GET RETURNED AND CREDIT ISSUED.

Other Thoughts: Wish I could give a zero for overall rating. They don't deserve a 1.

Pros: The digitizer seems to function well enough and it physically appears OE until you look at the edges.

Cons: Worked fairly well then the screen faded white around the edges and seems to continue. Reinstalled the cracked one with no problems (aside from the crack of course), this is a bottom-grade unit. Pay extra for quality and a reputable seller- not newegg's fault.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this when it was titled as stating that it included a tool kit, it's since been changed and didn't come with a tool kit. The company that sells this didn't answer their phone when I called and their website appears very shady- not to my surprise since it is actually a (e auction website based) company that ventured to our beloved Newegg... To my detriment. I don't expect any response from the company.
