The tool-less drive mounting system seems to be fairly secure and easy to install drives, plus there are holes for screws if they are desired. Supports 3tb drives using usb without any additional drivers or software. Comes all the cables for the drive e-sata and usb 3.0 for use with either interface, a bonus over some manufactures that skimp over accessories. Quiet and does it's job without any problems. Cons: Really not anything that I could come up with besides, maybe it would look nice without a logo printed on the side, but the front is very clean. Other Thoughts: Having both usb makes it very convent, at first using e-sata my computer could not read the full capacity of a 3tb drive, switch it over to usb and the computer saw it right away allowing for initial format, with a format and motherboard driver update it works great through e-sata, having the extra interface really saved some hassle and time. The cooling fan is small and does not produce much noise, but after long duration of usage, you can feel it doing it's job with the warm air being pulled out of the enclosure. It would have been nice if there were some screws that come with the unit to secure the hard drive if desired, at lease the holes were provided for going with that option.
