Cons: Windows 7 - 64 did not have a driver, neither did Win Update. The website for the vendor would not load from China. Loaded driver from the disk but which folder was not obvious. Driver did load. Transfer rate to new Seagate USB 3.0 external drive using the Seagate provided USB 3.0 cable is only ~35MB/sec. This is USB 2.0 speeds. I've been had.

Other Thoughts: Returning to Newegg.
