Other Thoughts: I use it primarily for eSata right now. I have redunant stations for a variety of machines so that I can always boot into the same OS regardless of hardware. It has been working like a charm for a few weeks. I have not formally tested read/write speed, but will do so soon. The speeds seem acceptable thus far. The dock is heavy, well-made and seems durable. I also really like that hard drives are so easy to install in the hard drive caddies. The built in USB powered hub is a nice touch as well. Cons: The only Con is that currently you cannot buy spare hard drive caddies for extra drives. I spoke with a rep at Orico that says they will be available soon. You 'can' use it without the hard drive caddy, but I like to protect my drives. So far that's my only real complaint about this product. Did you find this review helpful?
