Only cold boots by removing power can reset the box. It also doesn't have good diagnostics for the admin to try simple pings to see if an address is online. Other Thoughts: Nice idea if they worked well but I have been plagued with problems since I installed them. They all hang every month or two....new firmware never fixes anything... and their interface is sometimes slow. I would not buy this product again. Pros: Nice idea, not too pricey

Cons: They hang and even though you can get in to manage it and tell it to reboot, it will not fix the problem. Only cold boots by removing power can reset the box. It also doesn't have good diagnostics for the admin to try simple pings to see if an address is online.
