5 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: Low cost, simple installation, works with Cat5e or Cat6. I'm using two 40' runs of Cat6 with these units to an older Toshiba wall-mounted flat-screen TV (model 40RV52U) and the picture quality is very good.

I had an installation question and the company who sold this to me (MyStore365) was very responsive.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I reviewed more expensive solutions that took a similar approach and took a gamble that this inexpensive unit would work, and it did.

1 out of 5 eggsDid not work

Pros: none

Cons: I have received the product and tested with Cat5e and Cat6 cables, both short (under 10') and long (over 75') and have the same problem with all setups.
Right when I turn the source on, the video feed flickers the image for 1/8 of a second, then displays flickering static "snowy" white specks.
I have tried with multiple video sources (ps3, pc, directv) and multiple displays (PC monitor, LCD TV, LED TV) and have the same result.

5 out of 5 eggsCheap but works perfect!

Pros: I recently built my church a new desktop to run the words to the screens at the front. I purchased this with low expectations, but couldnt really afford the more expensive ones due to the budget. However, i am 100% satisfied that i bought this! Works perfect! I used 2 cat6 cables, each 100ft long, and even connect this to a splitter to run to 2 screens and it works perfect! Didnt loose image quality either.

Cons: It feels cheaply made, but thats what i expected for the price.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks as advertised

Pros: So much cheaper than wireless set ups, and even 2 CAT5e's run a lot smaller than a decent gauge HDMI.

Cons: Requires two CAT5e or CAT6 (can mix and match though, which is nice!). Didn't realize that when I first ordered everything, and had to go order another 75ft CAT6 and use some other cables as a patch until it arrived.
