1 out of 5 eggsPiece of junk

Pros: good screen

Cons: Less than a gig for apps.
And the rudest jerk I have ever had to deal with on the phone when I called the company to ask about expanding the memory. Kevin Wong makes Comcast and AT&T seem reasonable. I seriously have never come so close to snapping as after I spoke with him. I have had rude operators before but he takes the cake. I will never buy anything from Vital ACS company again after this experience. I suggest you don't either no matter how good the deal looks.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't suggest any of their products even to the people I dislike after how I was treated. Horrible company.

1 out of 5 eggsBad tablet

Pros: It has a good case that protects well.

Cons: This tablet does have very good wifi signal. I have tried to watch Netflix or videos but it buffers every 30 seconds to minute. Some game apps do not want to play very well.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage

Pros: Case was nice, Keyboard worked ok.

Cons: Power cord too short, mini usb port was distorted and didn't line up with outer case. Was unable to hook up to computer to xfer movies. Tried calling and emailing for return with no reply from Vital.

Other Thoughts: Save your money and move on. Nothing to see here....

1 out of 5 eggsWorked great for about a week

Pros: Good price, specs seemed solid, worked great out of the box.

Cons: About a week after unboxing everything went downhill. Tablet started running slow and freezing. Has gotten progressively worse to the point where it barely runs at all anymore. Locks up completely when doing light web browsing with one tab open and all other apps closed.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. I've never owned a tablet, but the specs seemed solid for the price and most of the reviews seemed positive. After owning it a week we tossed the box because it seemed to work fine and she loved it (we live in a small apartment with little to no storage space. even so, will not make this mistake again.).

Three months down the road, it freezes constantly to the extent that it is basically useless for anything she would want to use it for, and I'm the idiot boyfriend who spent two hundred dollars to hear about how awful this tablet is every single day.

I will try contacting the company, but after reading most of the reviews now I'm not overly hopeful for the outcome.

Don't be the idiot boyfriend. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more for quality, and hang on to your original boxes.

4 out of 5 eggsVery nice tablet

Pros: quick, compact and convenient, a great little machine for the money

Cons: Quirky, The memory on this tablet is broken down into 2 parts. If you download and install a few apps and it starts to run slow, just use the option to move the app to the SD card, and it speeds right back up. Once we figured this out, we've really enjoyed this little gem.

Other Thoughts: Many people have complained about not being able to add apps, or having crash like symptoms when they did add apps. You need to move the added apps to the SD card, there is plenty of space on the SD card, and there is room for additional memory. Once you move the apps, as long as you don't load it full of pictures, video or music, you will have more than enough memory for a great tablet experience.

1 out of 5 eggsAvoid at all costs!

Pros: Very fast delivery... that's it.

Cons: I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my wife. We are both very careful with our portable electronics; however, within the first month of ownership, the screen on my wife's tablet had a crack that ran down its whole length. She had done nothing but used it in the same fashion of her other touch controlled devices. Mine has developed this horrible artifacting that looks like what happened on old CRT monitors when left on too long, despite keeping it off and it being LCD.

The case that came with them (while a nice bonus) did not work well with the tablet. The power button was covered by the case making turning the unit on and off difficult. A minor point, but one of those small annoyances that never goes away.

Finally, and most damning of all in my mind, I have tried calling VitalASC five times trying to ask them about the problems I am having with my units. Left multiple voice mails. I have gotten any calls back from them, nor have they picked up when I called. The issues with the units... they could have just been lemons. These things happen. But when I can't get a hold of the seller to try and get the situation rectified, it smells less like bad units and more like bad company.

Other Thoughts: Go with another seller, VitalASC does not appear to put any effort into ensuring customer satisfaction.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat tablet, great price!

Pros: screen size, portability, case

Cons: the charger cord is short, like a crock pot cord
the battery life is about 5 hours but after that long of being on it, I probably need to take a break to rest my eyes anyway

Other Thoughts: I love the tablet! Everyone should have one of these!

1 out of 5 eggsVitalASC St1011 - NOT reliable

Pros: low price, quick delivery from manufacturer. Fun and simple to operate

Cons: 4 months after I bought this tablet, it just stopped working. push the start button, wait and watch "android" flash across the screen as it tries to startup ... but it just won't start. I've tried all the typical fixes - it won't shut down by holding the start button. Must use the manual reset. but each time I try to start the tablet the same problem begins. and no - I didn't drop it. I ran virus scan two days before - no problems there. this should NOT be happening when the tablet is only 4 months old. I am VERY disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Tablet

Pros: Tablet is fast, smooth, and well made. Love the Android 4.2.2. Handles everything I throw at it. Customization is a breeze.

I called VitalACS twice to get some company and service info before purchasing this tablet, and the rep was extremely helpful and courteous. Called again today with a question, and he actually remembered my name!

Warranty service is in California. So, if you ever need it, you don't have to ship to China, like you have to with other inexpensive tablets. Believe me this is the best Android tablet under $200 that you could ever possible find.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: A friend recently bought an iPad for $500. I smiled to myself when he shared that, as I spent $300 less on mine. I would rather have that $300 in my pocket than give it to a corporation.

1 out of 5 eggsOnly 1GB to download apps

Pros: tablet would be perfect except for speaker volume if I could download more then one gigabit of apps.

Cons: I can only download 1GB worth of applications from the market, which makes this tablet useless to me. the other 15GB of space are only for pictures and files. Makes no sense. I called the manufacture which I purchased from and they haven't been able to get ahold of any tech support for the last 30 days. I am returning the tablet.
