I've had this just over a week and it's worked perfectly so far. Also, I checked this against the post office scale and it was right on. Cons: The ad might give the idea that this comes with an ac adapter/power supply, but it doesn't. It can use an ac adapter but none is supplied. It does come with a short usb cable.
