Cons: First one received had some problems retaining a charge, but ProTrend was quick to respond to my problem, straightforward in resolving it (i.e. no nonsense or defensive posturing on their part), and even made no insistence on me shipping the initial battery back...just sent out the new one immediately. Other Thoughts: I was a little wary of buying from ProTrend, since I wouldn't be dealing directly with Newegg, but I'm glad to say those worries were unfounded.
