Very coll being able to us the mouse while walking about. This will be abig help when I present. 10x more capable and 4x less expensive than the Kensington or Taurgus products. A pleasant young woman answered and apologized and said they are sending the correct item and don't worry about send the wrong item back. Newegg Customer Service eventually answered the Chat Window and gave me the number I had found in the envelope. They also said, contact the seller, which I had. Ordered a Wireless USB PC Remote Control Controller Mouse For PC Desktop & Laptop. Received a Black & Orange Cell Phone Case. The vendor, CE Compass has a laughable web site and zero customer service. New Egg Customer Service too busy to respond.
