Pros: looks good bought it so I can watch tv at night and not disturb the wife

Cons: cheap and had to repair it each time I tried to use it. One side had no sound unless it was twisted just so. Returning it now and will try a different headset.

Pros: reasonable robustness sound quality is good when using wired connections

Cons: Bluetooth very unstable and very weak signal. I tried on two Win7 I7 systems - and both either were not able to conect to services or were really flakey - like very broken up transmissions

very poor comic book "internatinal language" for completing setup.
One button on the bottom of the headset is not even referred to in docs.
Seems to have same effect as other main button - sends out a ping?

Pros: Impeccable sound quality. Extremely comfortable. Superior design. Compact and light. Volume and track control on the headset. Direct plug in option via 1/8 cable.

Cons: Same as other reviewer, i did not receive the US compatible charger unit. Had to use my HTC EVO charger with micro USB to charge it. Sennheiser offers the US charger and i suspect we were supposed to get this version. Probably a mix up at the packing plant or shipping department. No big deal.

I've been using these to listen to music on my HTC EVO, which has been working perfectly. I also purchased the cirago BTA-3210 bluetooth so i could also listen to music from my desktop PC as well. While listening to music on my PC i noticed where was a crackling sound. Not sure why. Plugged my wired headphones in, no crackling. Somethings wrong here. I then paired these to the bluetooth on my laptop just to be sure it wasn't my PC. It too had the same crackling sound but not as prominent. Lastly i paired them back to my HTC EVO and even though i could barely hear it, the same crackling was there, however it was almost inaudible.

Other Thoughts: I finally got around to loading some movies on my HTC EVO, i paired these again to the phone and started the video. The audio lag is about 1 second. Very irritating. I then paired these again to my PC and started a game. It had the same lag with the game. Sigh. These are deal breakers for me.

I decided to do a little more research. On sennheisers website it says crackling may occur when your Bluetooth device is to close to a WIFI enabled device. I disabled the wifi adapter on my laptop and walked down the driveway with it. I could still hear the crackling. I did the same test with the HTC EVO, could "not" hear the crackling.

If you plan on just listening to music on your phone or ipod, these are actually quite nice for that, but only for that.

I give 3 eggs because these issues are not because of poor craftsmanship on sennheiser part, but the limitations of Bluetooth technology. On a completely different note, these headphones plugged in via the 1/8inch line work flawless.

Pros: Headphones exceed my expectations and work perfectly. However, package was missing AC adapter for USA and Australia (they list adapters for USA, UK, Europe, and Australia. Sent emails to both Sennheiser & Newegg. Sennheiser has not responded. Newegg (to my surprise after years of buying from them) gave me a Philadelpha Lawyer explanation that "they were not responsible as the adapters were not shown on
Newegg's product pictures. Very, very disappointing.

Am charging using USB cord which works well. I should have just returned the whole package to Newegg but found the adapter (with the AC charger) on E-bay.

So, for this review, I give Sennheiser 5 stars, but alas, Newegg, you get no stars! Suggestion: fire that "Philadelphia" lawyer and pay attention to people who order from you.

Cons: If parts are missing, guess best procedure is just to return the whole package to Newegg.

Other Thoughts: FWIW, the missing parts were apparently left out by Sennheiser, as packaging appeared to be intact and not previously opened.
