Pros: Got this with my gift card I got from Newegg for part of Eggies Award I received if I had not gotten that I would not have paid this much for one, now I am glad I got it and would buy again in spite of price. It came with a decent variety of coffees to try and decide what you prefer I find my favorite is Tully's French Roast. Came with the $17 unit that allows you to fill it with your own coffee to save money that alone makes the higher price of this one about even with the one that does not include coffee and the Kcup unit. I recommend to anyone that drinks coffee to invest in one of these units you won't regret it always a fresh cup of coffee nothing sitting around for a couple hours. Tank is large enough for several large cups before you have to fill it again. There are several size options for how much coffee you want made so you can adjust to your tastes individually you like strong and she likes mellow no problem now. Cons: It does not come with water filters and they cost quite a bit

Pros: once you have found your flavor/flavors it is perfect cup every time consistant flavor and with the included re-usable filter unit you can use your own coffee instead of the more expensive pods. Simple setup once you understand the menu the fact that it has large water resevoir makes it that much easier than the cheaper models that fill as you go. Comes with a decent variety of coffees.

Cons: cost of unit and coffee pods is only drawback but I knew this getting it and it was not my money payiing for it but Neweggs so even happier with it
