Pros: Easy quick integration, steering wheel controls integrated, charges phone even when car is off, dual source (ipod/iphone, 1/8 stereo jack)

Cons: Song info doesnt show on radio display, Cable seems to be thicker than necessary.

Other Thoughts: Great product, super easy installation. I was up and running within 10 minutes. Pop off radio bezel, take out radio, hook up cables, fish phone cable down to floorboard, reinstall radio and bezel and you're done.
