Cons: This is complete false advertising. The listing for this item has a picture of an Lp-E6 battery in Zeikos packaging. The item header is:

The batteries I received are not Zeikos or any other name brand of battery. Further, they are not 2600 mAh, hey are 1750 mAh. How does this seller get away with this on Newegg? I have been shopping Newegg for 10 years or so, and I have never had this happen before. The end of the header says “not brand specific”, after a list of cameras. Is the seller referring to the fact that these batteries will work in items not brand specific to canon. The placement of the statement “not brand specific” would seem to suggest so. This is a very shady and misleading header. If the item is not Zeikos, there should be no reference whatsoever to Zeikos. Why use text that says Zeikos and picture Zeikos if the battery is not Zeikos? Why use text that says 2600 mAh when the battery is not 2600mAh? There is no reason to write an item header this way unless you are blatantly trying to mislead buyers. I plan to send these back.

Other Thoughts: This item needs to be corrected or removed.
