I've also used it to pass my extra laptop through and it works at lower resolutions. Cons: The description says that it can work with resolutions up to 1280x1024, but I get lots of flicker above 1024x768. Also, as the manufacture uses the same body for different converters, there is a hole where an IR port could be placed. They have covered this with a sticker. Other Thoughts: This is about what I'd expect for a converter on the cheaper end of the scale. Not bad for older equipment, but not something you want to use with a Blu-ray player or PS3. Cons: The image sometimes (rarely) needs adjustment, but that's what the menu is there for. The image quality isn't fantastic, but that's probably not this device's problem - it is converting from analogue after all.
