Stowabike 26" Folding Dual Suspension Mountain Bike 18 Speed Shimano Bicycle

If you consider this just as a mountain bike, it stacks up pretty well against its competition. Dual suspension, quality components from suppliers such as Shimano; it’s tough and built to last, and looks great too. But where this bike really comes into a league of its own is when you consider its incredible folding frame. For so many people, space is at a premium, whether it’s storage space at home, space in the car, or even space on public transport. This bike allows you to keep all the fun of a mountain bike even in tight spaces.

1 out of 5 eggsPiece of trash!

Pros: Seller's speedy shipment. I wish they were slow so I could have reviewed previous reviews.

Cons: The wheels do not even want to free turn.

Other Thoughts: I should have stuck buying just tech items from newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal

Pros: solid build. easy to assemble. great bike!

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: I would have liked a way to lock it in the folded position. I will probably use a bungee.

2 out of 5 eggsHeavy bike!

Pros: Folding bike. Front and rear shocks.

Cons: Heavy, heavy bike. Non quick-release front and rear axles. Front wheel was slightly bent so I had to pay $15 for wheel alignment and brake adjustment.

Other Thoughts: Bought on impulse because it was 60% discounted and also stowable/foldable but did not consider the weight. Did not also review the height at 26" which is tall for me (24" is my ideal wheel size).

5 out of 5 eggsfolding bike!

Pros: I don't own this exact bike but I own one that looks like it. Just wanted to chime in because I bought a folding bike for the purpose of hauling it to different trails in my 2008 Mustang GT that has limited space as you can imagine. I think you should be able to put it in the trunk but since half my truck space is taken up by an audio system, I can only put it in the back seat with the seats down. This was the entire purpose of this review letting others who may have a sports car or similar and think it may not fit, that it fits. You cannot put your seat all the way back if you are a tall person like me, but it is doable. Maybe this will help someone.

Cons: N/A

5 out of 5 eggsConvient Bike

Pros: Easy to haul in back of van and to set up and fold down. The bike was fairly easy to unpack and put together. I use it for trail riding along the Ohio River and it is perfect for gentle hills on the paved trail. More gears than I need, but I have found a good range of gears for the trail.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Very happy with purchase. I just wanted something for easy exercise and evening rides along the river.
