It can cool down what you need it to cool down relatively quiet. Cons: It vibrates, a lot! The vibrating makes it move around. I had to put tape on the left side of the "stand" for it; that reduced the vibrating a little. Stopped working after about a month of use, overall. I opened it up and saw that one of the wires came off the switch. I re-soldered all of the wiring and now it works fine. The vibrating is REALLY annoying. Did you find this review helpful? Rak 11/6/2012 12:21:17 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 2/5Very Fragile Pros: Its Cheap. Paid $5.49 Plugs into USB. On/Off switch. Power cable is about 2 feet long. Cons: DIDN'T WORK WHEN I RECEIVED IT! I took it apart and noticed broken solder connection on wire. Used electrical tape to reconnect wire. I hope it holds. Had to tape the outer cover back on because the plastic connector pins snapped off even though I was very gentle with it. Other Thoughts: I am using it to cool down my cable box/DVR so it stops overheating. I just set it on top of the cable box blowing air straight down into it. I direct the airflow to my face for better results. It has worked with USB 2.0 and 3.0, but I haven't had a chance to try it with USB 1.0 though. Very quiet - place it over a mousepad or a magazine for extra quietness. Cons: Can't wall mount it due to a curvacious stand. Did you find this review helpful?
