Pros: This mixer is awesome. I used my mom's for years that she got as a wedding gift in the 80's I think. Still runs and never had a problem with hers so I finally broke down and bought one of my own. Don't let the price deter you. This thing will last 5 lifespans of those awful hand mixers, is more powerful and versatile and the mounted bowl makes things much easier and cleaner than hoping ur mixing bowl doesn't go sliding off the counter when mixing something. This color is really nice, I get lots of compliments about it. Newegg shipping was super fast as always.

Cons: I do wish its lowest speed was just a tad bit slower, but that's just a personal preference.

Other Thoughts: I don't know what this other reviewer is talking about with the gift card. I got my gift card code before I even got the mixer (since I had to wait the weekend for UPS). It came in on a Sunday evening actually. I have already spent it as well... I need to stay off of this website!

Pros: This mixer is great! Don't let the one egg review deter you from buying this mixer. I would, however, recommend buying this elsewhere.

You can't beat the price at NewEgg, but they never send the code for the $10 promotional gift card. Only the $10 gift card and free shipping made the difference worth purchasing from NewEgg.

Cons: NewEgg lies about gift card. I've contacted them through this website and called them on the phone a week later. I received no response from my web form entry. The person on the phone said that they were re-sending the code. It never arrived.

Other Thoughts: I've been a NewEgg customer for many years. I've usually received nothing but the best service from them. I find it strange that they would decide to lose a customer over a silly $10 coupon.

Perhaps it's now management or something. Regardless, I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
