Pros: Set it up to make your coffee the way you want it made. You decide how much water to put into your coffee, how fine to grind the beans, how hot you want it and how much milk you want and then save it so you get the same drink every time with the touch of a button.

Cons: Water tank is a little small because it cleans itself after every use. You will get 2-3 drinks per tank of water.
