After the last one we had been using for years eventually gave up the ghost we had no problems getting this one. Works well with multi-part forms, and older systems. Cons: It is a dot matrix, so it has that working against it.. Other Thoughts: For older systems like our ancient MRP system this kind of printer is perfect. Did you find this review helpful? We've never had to have it serviced and had very little problem with paper feeds. Cons: Noisy. Other Thoughts: This has been an incredible workhorse for us. In addition we own a HP Lasarjet III which is also still in service - but has had occasional service to maintain it.
