Pros: Looks great, sweeping second hand (not clicky like a quartz), clear window lets you see winding mechanisms,etc, easier to read time than my last watch.

Cons: no instructions on how to adjust band, but google has the fix.

Other Thoughts: I like the idea of not needing a battery. My last watch was a solar Pulsar. This one winds itself with normal movement of the arm.

Pros: Just got this today, got it in the guerilla deal and my first impression is great. Arrived in Seiko box, tags and plastic peel offs (like cover your cell screen when it arrives). Looks great, automatic, face is more beautiful than pictured. Clear backing is pretty cool, links feel solid so far. From what I've read the mechanism on this watch is very reliable and shared with some of the higher end Seiko's - or so I've heard.

Has the name and look of a great brand at an amazing price, I might just pretend it cost me hundreds.

Cons: Scuff on the clasp, but nothing worth making a fuss about - since I'll probably scuff it up anyway. Could be easier to set, was a little confusing even with the directions included.

Other Thoughts: Nicest watch before this was a cheap corporate-award Bulova - but you can't compare dress and casual - before that were just cheepo walmart stuff. Too the layman, this thing is pretty sick.
