Cons: The power cord plugs into the side of the lamp. Would have been better on the back or bottom, but no big deal. Other Thoughts: Very happy with the lamp. This is the reason for the -star - I was hoping for a little brighter light based on the reviews but I like bright light to be able to see at my desk. - Base is too large, seems like an oxymoron base on my first con I know, its the arm that is somewhat flimsy Other Thoughts: I would recommend this light, to be sure. The light is very good and so far I had no issues with the touch controls. Cons: Because it is touch panel you may not be able to use this with a digital timer. If you have one that controls when you lights come on and off it will not work. The device would need the user to active the digital on after power is restored.
