Pros: It works . Not well It is almost impossible to change the settings when the water is flowing... And the main parts are plastic.

Cons: Cheep and leaks from every connection. and the main body is cheep plastic..

Cons: items comes loose.. very bad package. there is no place or holding bracket for the hand held shower head. Very bad design, junk. do not order it.

Other Thoughts: don't buy it. New Egg should never carry such junk items. should give a zero egg if I can.

Other Thoughts: save your time and money. poorly made leaks badly like parts were made for something else

Pros: Price, quality and a double head.

Cons: The box it shipped in was a joke, it opened inside the shipping envelope. The envelope seemed to be intact, so hopefully all the pieces are there.

Other Thoughts: I haven't installed it, yet, so I can't say how it works or if all the pieces were still there.

Pros: only looks nice in the picture!!!

Cons: No missing parts; however all parts were scratched and the shower heads (the sprinklers) are loose and leaking water. the base of one of the shower heads kept leaking water despite having the correct rubber washer in place, it seemed the washer was too slim (not filling the whole space). overall this product is one good example of the worst workmanship and bad quality.

Other Thoughts: it is a nice design but the product quality is extremely poor (only looks nice in the picture).

Newegg will distort their reputation and trust by selling such products to their customers, that being said, this is not my first time getting such bad quality products through Newegg ( I ended up losing what I had spent on those purchases).
