Pros: SMALL FOOTPRINT ON COUNTER, EASY TO USE, MAKES GOOD COFFEE

Cons: CAN PLUG UP IF YOU LEAVE THE K-CUP IN IT AFTER MAKING A CUP OF COFFEE

Other Thoughts: I DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM WITH USING THIS COFFEE MAKER LIKE THE OTHER REVIEW SAID. I FORGET TO DO THINGS IN THE CORRECT ORDER AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS OPEN AND SHUT THE LID OR THE K-CUP HOLDER AND IT WORKS FINE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE INSTRUCTIONS HAD STRESSED THE NEED TO ALWAYS REMOVE THE K-CUP AFTER MAKING A CUP OF COFFEE. IF YOU LEAVE IT IN THE MACHINE IT CAN CAUSE THE MACHINE TO PLUG UP AND NOT DISPENSE THE WATER. EASILY FIXABLE WITH A PAPERCLIP TO CLEAR THE CLOG, BUT A PAIN ANYWAY TIL YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED.
ALL IN ALL AN EXCELLENT MACHINE OVERALL THOUGH.

Pros: It's a Keuring. We love individual cups of coffee. It's small and quiet. It does what it's supposed to do- well sort of.

Cons: It's a cheap version of the other models. If you own a Keurig you understand. The k-cup opener isn't automatic, the water lid isn't automatic, you have to lift the lid to pour the water and lift the k cup to insert your cup, on the other machines it's automatic and you have to do it order or it won't work. If you don't do it in the correct order with this machine , it malfunctions. This proved to be challenging for our office. If you put the k cup in first, then the water, the machine will blink a light asking for water, to which you'd put more in and then it overflows. Even when you do steps in order, it still asks for water or a k cup. Which is funny cause there are no sensors on this model ( there are on others), so I don't understand how it knows what's there or not. I have a B30 model that I think is much easier to use, it's all automatic and forces you to take steps in order.

Other Thoughts: This cheaper one is a bit of a pain trying to get a simple cup of coffee to brew. I wish I would have spent $10 more to get better model.
