5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great mouse. I've been using it for about 2 months now and still on battery that it came with (I play a lot of games). Great feel and I like the side buttons for gaming.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: -Scroll wheel has side tilt
-Buttons are not excessively loud
-Buttons do not click extremely easily, nor are they difficult to click. Great tension.
-I have somewhat large hands, and I find this very comfortable to grip. Side buttons are easy to reach and activate, and the contour between them makes it easy to know which you are clicking.
-Tracks on most surfaces quite well
-Responsive; no noticeable delay
-Good battery life (I've had mine for 3 years, and the original set lasted 24 1/2 months)
-USB Receiver is compact; does not interfere with other USB items
-Side buttons make web navigation easier.

Cons: None. My middle click button is finally dead, but I've dropped this poor thing more times than I can count. I'll be buying another M510 to replace it.

Other Thoughts: For the price, it's a great mouse. If you're a gamer and want a couple extra hotkey buttons, but don't want to shell out the extra cash for a higher end mouse, this is a good choice.

2 out of 5 eggsToo heavy

Pros: The mouse is comfortable to hold, sturdy, and made of quality plastic with a nice rubber grip.

The battery life is great. I have not had to replace the batteries since I bought the mouse more than 6 months ago.

Cons: This is my first wireless mouse and I find it far too heavy to use. I often find myself switching to the trackpad and only using the mouse for center click operations that I can't perform with the trackpad.

I find myself wrist fatigued after using this mouse even for simple web browsing.

Additionally, even on my low resolution 1366x768 laptop screen I'm unable to get all the way across the monitor without lifting the mouse.

I tried installing the Logitech setpoint software, and although the pointer speed and acceleration settings did help, I couldn't to find a setting that was as comfortable to use.

Other Thoughts: In the end, I made the decision to stick with a cheap, low end wired optimal mouse because it is light weight and tracks smoothly.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Tracks well. Unifying receiver is compact and convenient, and works perfectly with my Logitech keyboard. I've had no issues with range or tracking whatsoever.

Cons: Small. It would be fine, but the "comfortable contoured shape" narrows it so much that it feels more like holding a tiny travel mouse than a full-sized office or gaming mouse. I have very average-sized hands, but using this I have a cramped claw instead of a relaxed grip.

After a week's use the grippy rubber on the sides is starting to feel kind of gross.

The middle button is VERY stiff, and relatively loud. The L and R buttons, on the other hand, put up so little resistance I find myself accidentally right-clicking a lot.

I'm extremely skeptical of their "up to 24 months battery" claim, but obviously it's too soon to tell. For whatever reason though, I'm down 30% after a week on the included Duracells.

Other Thoughts: Next time I'm definitely going back to my old "don't buy a mouse I haven't tried in a store" approach. Live and learn...

5 out of 5 eggsperfect

Pros: I have 3. Perfect for my large hands. About to buy another for work. Only mouse I care to use. Battery lasts forever. Never a glitch. Use unifying connected keyboards with them. Flawless. Pretty much everyone who I've let use it wants to keep it, why I've had 3.

Cons: None

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: battery life is so high its rediculos

Cons: i had it for just over a year and its starting to randomly stop responding. when im just using the internet its fine if i have to wait a few seconds for my mouse to wake up so i can pause my youtube video, but when im gaming i lose a lot of functionality when i have to rely on only my keyboard for the few seconds it stops responding which is starting to be more and more frequent. definitly not going with this product again for my replacement mouse.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect high Quality mouse with back button

Pros: Good for LARGE hands, has a BACK and forward button, Logitech, the receiver fits in the bottom of the mouse by the battery, and the battery life lasts a long long long time.

Cons: I can't think of any whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: I can't stand a touchpad, good mouse I can put in my bag and pull out anywhere and it works instantly with any PC or MAC laptop so I don't have to use the touchpad. The receiver is perfect size, and won't snag if left installed in a laptop. Perfect.

4 out of 5 eggsGood but heavy

Pros: The mouse works fine. Batteries have lasted several months already.

Cons: Compared to my wired mouse, it is much heavier and tires my hand out. I find myself automatically switching to the trackpad on my laptop.

Other Thoughts: I wish Logitech made this exact same mouse with bluetooth.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: Can't believe this thing runs off of batteries...haven't changed them or had an issue after almost a year. This mouse isn't for intricate photoshop precision, however, it is more than perfect for every day use.

Cons: Don't buy if you're looking for intricate precision...but for every day general usage, this is it.

Other Thoughts: I'm happy that I bought this mouse. Great general mouse for a good price. The battery almost lasts forever.
