2 out of 5 eggsSorry, this is just not fun.

Pros: Maybe a nice workout for someone who doesn't know anything about proper technique.

Cons: The rubber band thing is awkward to use. And you use it for just about everything. The rubber band would be better if it came attached to the cuffs. Unfortunately it does not, and you have to tie it to the cuffs where it flings out at the worst times. NOTE TO BUYERS: don't leave your kids on the floor when the band detaches unexpectedly.

You have to wrap the nunchuck holster around your thigh, also awkward. And the workouts are SLOOOOOWWWW. The motions are mega slow and the instructor is so slow to respond. You lift your arm and it's like you're waiting for her to lift hers. Then you can get out of sync with her, oh brother, when you get out of sync you have to wait and get the timing back... Annoying.

I wouldn't recommend this unless you're really unable to get out of the house and have never worked out before. In that case, yes, I recommend this so you don't hurt yourself. Because it would be impossible to hurt yourself using these methods.

Other Thoughts: The sports are just like other sports games. You don't have to really do anything, just flick your wrists at the right times. I bet you could sit on the couch, drink a gallon of soda from BK, huff down a bigmac and still play some of these games successfully. haha

Final thought: don't be lazy. If you need a bad video game to get off the couch, get this one.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Game Ever

Pros: Best workout game/video ever! All you have to do is look at the pretty lights on the screen and follow simple instructions and < 30 minutes later you've had a world class workout! My wife and I are 5+ workouts into the 30 Day Challenge and are feeling and looking better than we have in a while.

Cons: None. Anyone that says the restistance band is too weak, try layering it between your feet to make it "shorter" and it really starts resisting.

Other Thoughts: The daily journal helps keep you honest and makes you think about the diet and activity decision you made during the previous day.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This is a great workout. Lots of variety, good motivation, and fun too.

Cons: Wish there was more specific workouts that incorporate the balance board. Maybe there is and i just haven't figured it out yet.

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING-GET IT!

Pros: I have 18 months old twins and cannot get to the gym. While they nap i do the routine from the 30 day challenge. i am half way through (10/20 workouts through 30 days) and i am getting compliments about looking better. This is in no way comparable to the Wii Fit, it destroys it. There is an Amazn seller that has better resistance bands for all levels of strength for $4 shipped.

Cons: Must buy better resistance band if you want to have a real workout but its only $4 shipped from an Amzon seller that had it to me in 2 days.

Other Thoughts: People who cannot get to the gym or wanna add a fun way to get in shape, get this game it really does rock. i cannot see how you can be disappointed as it is well thought out workout routine that has a 30 day challenge that progressively builds up to get you going toward your fitness goals. just read the reviews on this item. everyone loves it.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: I have only done one session and I love it. The trainers are a bit dorky but everything is easy to understand. If you stick to the 30 day challenge I would imagine you could lose quite a bit of weight (with a reasonable diet).

Cons: The resistance band is ridiculously weak...

5 out of 5 eggsfun

Pros: This game is fun and a great workout. My 2 year old can even run in place next to me. I think he likes it more than I do.

Cons: you need the wii fit board to unlock more exercises or something, I don't know because I don't have one. the board is not necessary to play but is expensive if you want all of this games capabilities.

Other Thoughts: I'm overweight and needed a way to workout without leaving my kids (2 and 2 months). This works great for me and is a good work out.

5 out of 5 eggsJeeez

Pros: Granted I'm not the most in shape person but wow, this one really really makes you sweat. This will make you sweat 10x more than wii fit will, even on the easier settings. Exercises are fun, calories are measured in real time, and the trainers and goals really keep you going. Not quite a replacement for the gym, but way better than wii fit.

Cons: The Resistance band is really cheap, not really strong enough for most I would imagine.

Other Thoughts: Buy a new flat resistance band to replace the one it comes with, for even more of a workout! The band it comes with is cheap, but what do you expect as a freebie? BUY THIS THING IF YOU ENJOY WII FIT BUT ARE LOOKING FOR MORE OF A WORKOUT

5 out of 5 eggsGood workout

Pros: You get a better workout than what you would with the Wii Fit, yet you can use the balance board from the Wii Fit with the Wii Active. I have yet to do all the workouts but the workouts I have tried are fun. Make sure you watch the training videos to properly do the workouts.

Cons: The band is cheap and I would recommend buying a better band. The resistance is light and for any male you would need a better band to get some muscle toning.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a workout!!!

Pros: Every workout, really does work you out!!! From the muscle toning to the cardio exercises this will cover everything. This blows the Fit programs away. I love that you can customize your own exercises and keep it automatically keeps track of your progress in the journal (If you have a SD card of course)… The pre-set exercises will do the job all the time as well. After the first try on easy, I was sore the next day. On the second try I went up to medium and was sweating after the third exercise, and couldn't wait for the sets to finish mid way through... The on screen trainer really does push you to complete the training…

Cons: Elastic strap a feels like it's about to break just about every time you use it. It hasn’t on me “yet” but it does feel flimsy when you work out on it…

Other Thoughts: 3 exercise into it and love it every time. My wife and I love it better then the Fit and you will feel the results every time you use it. The video guides on this are really helpful to everyone even if you never use the Fit before. Get one!!!

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: This is a fantastic workout "game"! When I first got it, I tried the easy 20 minute preset workout. I had sweat pouring down my face. You get great feedback on how you are doing and a journal keeps track. This blows the others out of the water. Lots of different exercises to choose from.

Cons: Not really a con, but you have to make sure the Wiimote and Nunchuck are facing the correct way. If they are off, the exercise will not continue until they are corrected. The instructions come up on the screen. It gets frustrating when you don't pay attention. Also, to try out each exercise to see if you like it, you have to create a workout with that exercise in it. It is not like Wii Fit.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you start out doing the easy selection to see if you can keep up. Each exercise has easy, medium and hard levels. I picked the medium heavy bag (boxing) and I had to hit it 300 times. I was feeling it the next day. Also, some heavier resistance bands would help.
