Seems *far* less than 2600 mAh
This review is from: 2600mAh USB Power Bank Portable External Battery Pack for iPhone PSP iPod 3DS
Pros: Small, light. Pretty color. Charging/fully charged light clear.
Cons: Charges my Samsung Galaxy S3 about 20%, then quits. I've fully charged (green light) the device three times, then connected to my phone at various states of discharge. Initially charges and seems to work fine. After 20-30 min, the phone is no longer charging from the external battery pack. The phone charge at this stage is about 20% greater than when 1st connected. Disconnect/reconnect is no help. Connecting a different portable, USB charger (or the wall charger) immediately resumes phone charging (to 100%) - so it's not a phone issue. Perhaps the voltage drops too low to be recognized by the phone after some discharge?
Other Thoughts: I'm not sure how this can be 2600 mAh - it seems way lighter and smaller than my other 2600 mAh portable charger (RavPower). Also, despite the specs here, the box I received says: input 5V/1000 mA and output 5V/1000 mA. No iPad to try out the higher output current claim.
