5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product

Pros: Easy to install, works great in my drive imager and has faired well with demanding legal staff

Cons: Nothing this device performs well with many systems we use both HP Desktops as well as Asus Systems with these and have been very pleased!

Other Thoughts: Yes definitely recommend this drive

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but a few concerns

Pros: As always, SSDs are fast. Boot time for me with Elementary OS (Ubuntu) is ~7 seconds from button push to entering password.

Cons: My one concern is the temperature it's reporting. It usually runs 18-22 degrees hotter than a PNY XLR8. I feel like it's doing well (relatively) if I can get the temp under 110F. It bothers me because prolonged usage at a higher temperature means it will wear out faster.

Other Thoughts: Overall it works great as the OS drive. If it fails, it will be a bummer to re-install some programs but I'm not trusting it with user data.

4 out of 5 eggsSandisk SSD

Pros: -Fast
-Cheap

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I got this for my friends build because it was only 35 bucks. I thought it would be some low end SSD but for 35 bucks this thing is dang fast! Windows boot up in 3 seconds (not including post) and the few games he puts on it boot up quick. Very surprises with the performance of this SSD. !

5 out of 5 eggsFast, small drive for boot drive.

Pros: I have had it serve me well for over one year. Boots WIN 7 very fast! Not much else on the hard drive though.

Cons: The price has gone up!

Other Thoughts: So far so good. I am very happy I bought this as my boot drive.

5 out of 5 eggsGood price when on sale

Pros: 64 GB is not a lot of storage and if U can get one on sale it may be worth it - but I would spend a few extra $ and get minimum 120GB - If U can - this drive is fine - fast and works so thats great

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: as I said - go with 120gb if you can - they may even faze out 32gb and 64 gb capacities soon - as the price between 32/64 & 120 GB is getting smaller & smaller so soon there may be a time when the smallest capacity u can buy is 120gb...

Cons: None really, though probably could be a bit faster but for what I payed can't really expect more.

1 out of 5 eggsWaste of $$$$

Pros: It's small & came in a box

Cons: It doesn't work, hooked it up to computer (desktop) to use as backup
and nothing. I can't get it to do anything? Should have bought quality memory stick, at least they work.

Other Thoughts: At $40 it really wasn't worth returning, I should have bought 10 gallons of gas and drove around instead, might have seen something interesting.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: decent priced for low capacity SSD.
Good for a Boot drive or Cache drive. Windows 8 boots under 10 seconds even after 1 year
What you get is what you see....For longer than I thought

Cons: Not the best performer for benchmarks or writing big amounts of data.

Other Thoughts: Great longevity with Sandisk. Performs as good as it did when i got it.
Only after using a KHX 3k 240GB did i realize ho good this SSD actually is.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Size/Speed

Pros: Good upgrade for a school laptop.

Cons: Not as fast as others on the market.

Other Thoughts: Makes a huge difference in boot/response time compared to a 5400rpm drive. Used this to upgrade a laptop. More than enough room for Win 7 and MS Office.

As long as you don't download a bunch of music or videos you should have plenty of space for day-to-day usage.
