5 out of 5 eggsGreat screen for the price

Pros: The monitor was packed to survive being thrown from a moving car. Once set up, everything has worked beautifully. No dead pixels. Super bright and the options for screen presets works great. The inclusion of the DisplayPort cord was a huge bonus.

Cons: Nothing really; however, the screen is seriously huge. I had to rearrange my desk to be able to see edge to edge.

4 out of 5 eggsNice monitor

Pros: This monitor was to replace my old HP 2207 and so far it's been great. No dead pixels or any other issues. Really like the adjustable stand.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome for the money

Pros: Who can talk about GLARE when the screen has BUILT IN Anti-Glare. (some people don't get it). Works without a ton of adjustment for VERY NICE color. People talking about HDMI are clueless what this monitor is. DisplayPort is FAR superior (go read up on it). GREAT menu system to boot.

Cons: Really no cons for the price.

Other Thoughts: Don't listen to "GLARE" review, it obviously belongs to something else.

3 out of 5 eggsSolid and Pretty.

Pros: This product came quickly from Dell and was well packages. Although it is PnP, it does come with drivers and software on a disk. The monitor stand is excellent and reminds one of an iMac. It has different power modes keeping your wallet in mind. VESA compatibility is great and DisplayPort is awesome. Very bright and colors seem very accurate. Gaming is an entirely different experience and it's easy to become immersed. Skyrim, for example, on the highest quality of graphics looks amazing.

Cons: Glare can be an issue but it isn't one that disappointes me.
For the price I paid, the specs could be better since other monitors seem more optimized. However, this is still a 27 inch IPS with displayport so it's easy to shrug off.
As with every single dell monitor, the i/o is difficult. A removable plastic hood on the back reveals the I/o for easier access but since you have to plug it in vertically and it's directly in front the stand it's hard to plug things in. After that, good luck locking in the screws if you're using VGA or DVI. You're better off flipping your monitor upside down to plug stuff in.

Although I hate the look of HDMI, the option should still be there. I understand this monitor is designed more for the home office or small business but at this point in time, hdmi should be readily available. I did purchase a converter and it works fine.

5 out of 5 eggsBest monitory I ever had

Pros: Device came well packed, it would have survived rough treatment by shipper. Very easy to install, the stand just snapped in place without tools.
Excellent picture quality, I am using the Multimedia preset mode without further customization. Otherwise no customization, I did not install the software.
The pixels are about as noticeable as on my previous (23.6 inch) monitor.

Cons: None I can see.

Other Thoughts: Comes with display port and VGA cables. No DVI cable, I cannot put that down as a con since the product description said so.

5 out of 5 eggsAdjustable Stand

Pros: Highly adjustable stand, super easy controls, USB hub. No dead pixels.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for a treadmill desk, so it would be a pretty big panel for 1080P. The real key to this monitor for me is the height / tilt adjustable stand that allows me to have the right view for my standing desk, and the USB hub. I have my laptop docked and feeding the regular desk, but then the 2nd monitor port (D-port) and single long USB cable stretching 15 feet to my treadmill desk. This allows me to have mirrored screens between my standing desk and sitting desk. I do 12 hour days and sitting all day was killing me, so this large format screen allows me to be a good distance from the monitor, and the USB hub lets me plug in the keyboard, mice, trackball, etc. Working great so far.

Other thoughts, really good for watching Netflix, though really bright. I find I'm turning the brightness way down, but that's not a bad thing. If I need it brighter I have plenty of headroom.
