5 out of 5 eggsAmazing monitors

Pros: I'm running 3 of these monitors. Man do they stress out your video card, but they look amazing (after using the included calibration software).

I researched for months before picking these monitors out and I'm glad I got them. They've been working for over a year for me now and will stay with me for a very long time

Cons: You need a super high end video card setup to run 3 of these at 1440p.

Other Thoughts: If you have the money, go for it.

4 out of 5 eggsNice, but.....

Pros: Built well. Nice overall picture. No dead pixels.

Cons: Had a good size yellow tinted area on the left-hand side.
The main menu button would hardly react to anything other than my left thumb at a certain angle. Pretty frustrating. I'm RMA'ing it. I really liked it overall, the yellow tint and touch menu buttons just didn't do it for me. Also a little back light bleed, but nothing I would have sent back.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Low price for the resolution, no gambling on a Korean rebranded monitor, very well-built sturdy stand, very competitively priced, lots of connectivity options, built in sound

Cons: lowish response time. I haven't noticed it, but if you're used to 144hz with sub 5ms response, you very well might.

5 out of 5 eggsNice!!

Pros: Bright monitor. Clear picture.

Cons: Only con is the power button. It's more of a touch sensitive pad than a standard power button. My wife finds it difficult to power on.

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful monitor!

Pros: I use this monitor for engineering, CAD/CAM, and general computer use. My video card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX560Ti at 2560x1440, 60 Hz refresh, and 32-bit color. The definition is perfect, with not a single stuck pixel. Brightness, contrast, and saturation are excellent, and I don't see any backlight bleed or brightness variation across the screen.

The clarity of this monitor is breathtaking -- the smallest text is crisp and readable, there is no fuzziness or rainbow effect. I've been doing year-end spreadsheets the last few days with text about 1/15" high (7 pixels), and it's perfectly clear and easy on the eyes. It's amazing how much usable information you can get on the screen with a 27" 2560x1440 monitor.

The surface finish seems to have just the right amount of matte to eliminate reflections without reducing display crispness.

Mechanically the display is well-constructed, attractive, and light weight. The display control buttons are proximity-sensitive -- they light up as your finger approaches, which is a nice effect, and they stay dark and unobtrusive otherwise.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Be sure to use a good quality dual-link DVI cable, or you can deteriorate the signal from your graphics card.
