Pros: Turns off after water dissipates -- no fuss.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Has not broken despite other reviews to that effect. I am very pleased with its operation and it works well with essential oils.

Pros: I called because I ordered two essential oil diffusers but only received one. They shipped the second one out on the same day I called and I had it within 2 days.

Cons: They only shipped one diffuser when I ordered two, but they corrected the problem quickly and without any hassle.
